We understand plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to reservations@mansionresort.in. Verbal cancellations are not accepted. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
During peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, Onam, Summer: April–June), a non-refundable deposit of 30% applies to all bookings. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival during peak season will not receive any refund. We recommend travel insurance for all holiday bookings.
We offer one free date change per booking provided the request is made at least 14 days before the original arrival date and subject to room availability. Subsequent changes within 14 days will be treated as a cancellation and new booking.
In cases of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will work directly with affected guests to reschedule their stay or issue credit vouchers valid for 12 months.
